When you open our website the web server of our host provider (Internet Pop Hannover GmbH) saves the following data:

When you enter personal details in a form on our website to order information or make enquiries of requests we use this data exclusively to provide current and forthcoming information about Hannover Adventure Zoo. This also applies to the Newsletter subscription, which you may cancel at any time.

Competitions
To include you in our competitions, first we need only your e-mail address. Winners are informed via e-mail and then, to send your prize, we will need your postal address. We use this information solely to run the competitions and to keep you informed about events at Hannover Adventure Zoo. Your data is never passed to any third party.

Your rights as user
According to § 34 and § 35 of German Federal Data Protection Law, you as user (the law refers to the ‘affected person’) have the right to know at any time which data we have saved about you and for what purpose. Furthermore you are entitled to correct any inaccurate information or have data whose storage is not permitted or no longer necessary erased.
