Yes, dogs are welcome at Hanover Adventure Zoo. Dogs require their own tickets. Dogs must be on a leash and supervised by a capable adult at all times.
We are happy to provide you with a replacement card at our service point for a small fee of 2.00 €.
For your own safety and those of other guests, we do not allow scooters, tricycles, skateboards or rollerblades inside the zoo. Our footways are often sloped and uneven to better fit into their thematic envinronment, making them a hazard to traverse on small wheeled vehicles.
We make exceptions only for scooters and tricycles equipped with an extended grip, which allows parents to continously hold and steer them.
Yes, a number of handcarts are available to rent. We recommend reserving them online before your visit.

Wheelchairs are available free of charge for any visitor who requires them. Please note that due to hygiene reasons, you are required to bring your own cushion.

Yes. Your ZooCard discounts regular visits to the zoo, parking fees stay the same for all visitors. We are not able to provide free parking for all our ZooCard members.

Yukon Market Hall, as well as all other in-park outlets, do not offer reservations.
However, our team at Hoflokal restaurant is more than happy to take your reservations on their website.
